Nippon Ichi's Infinite Loop for the PlayStation Portable - Image 1

RPG fans, here's a heads up: The makers of Disgaea are at it again. This time, Nippon Ichi Software has announced a new title for the Sony PlayStation Portable, dubbed Infinite Loop. It's, well, a "mystery fantasy adventure."

After some digging around NIS' website, we found that Infinite Loop centers around a kingdom stricken with a mysterious plague. Enter Prince William, who is tasked to investigate the source of the said plague.

Unfortunately, the prince dies before he could get to the bottom of the mystery and turns into a ghost. So he ties up loose ends and tries to end his unfinished business by "borrowing" other people's bodies. Yep, it's possession used as a means to an end.

Infinite Loop is scheduled for release on June 24 in Japan. That's all we have for it as of this writing. We'll keep you posted once more news on Infinite Loop arises. In the meantime, you can check out the upcoming game's official website.
