SouthPeak announces Brave: A Warrior's Tale for Xbox 360, Wii, PSP

The PS2 Brave - Image 1Two Worlds (PC and Xbox 360) publisher SouthPeak Games today announced plans to bring Brave: A Warrior's Tale to the Wii, Xbox 360 and PSP video game systems. This new game will be set 70 years after the original Brave game, so it plays like a flashback as the hero Brave tells the story of his life.

Brave: A Warrior's Tale will be an "expanded reinvention" of the PS2 title, Brave. This basically translates to graphical revamps as well as updated features, unlockable content, and console-specific gameplay (read: motion controls for the Wii version). "Expansive exploration and in-game interactivity" are also included in the revamp.

For those who haven't played the PS2 title yet, Brave is a warrior who can speak to animals and, just like the similarly-named Marshall Brave Starr (who deserves a game of his own, dang it!), can embody various animals to help him in his quest to protect his tribe.

No release date has been announced yet, so keep checking QJ.NET for updates. Brave: A Warrior's Tale will be published and distributed by SouthPeak in conjunction with Evolved Games.
